Salmon Rice Bowl, GF & DF

VERY easy to make high protein meal.

Ingredients

  • ? oz can salmon
  • 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
  • 2 scallions / green onions
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • pinch salt
  • as much furikake as desired
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (optional)
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. combine ingredients in large bowl
  2. eat with rice or however you wish
