Salmon Rice Bowl, GF & DF
VERY easy to make high protein meal.
Ingredients
- ? oz can salmon
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
- 2 scallions / green onions
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- pinch salt
- as much furikake as desired
- 1/2 cup cucumber (optional)
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Directions
- combine ingredients in large bowl
- eat with rice or however you wish
